Seat Of Yuroke

The Seat of Yuroke is a newly formed district that was created as a result of a redistribution of seats for the Parliament of Victoria. It takes in a host of existing established suburbs such as Tullamarine, Attwood and Greenvale – while also taking in the new growth corridors in Roxburgh Park and Craigieburn.

Features of the District

   
Location: Yuroke District is an outer metropolitan electorate approximately 14 kilometres north-west of Melbourne.
   
Area: 229 square kilometres.
   
Province: Yuroke District is part of Melbourne North Province.
   
Suburbs: Craigieburn, Gladstone Park, Greenvale, Kalkallo and YurokeParts of the suburbs of Bulla, Roxburgh Park, Tullamarine and Westmeadows.
   
Features: Yuroke District includes residential areas in the south and open country in the north. Features include Melbourne Airport, the Woodlands Historic Park and Greenvale reservoir.
